Before you can enter detailed transactions into Big Red Cloud accounting software you must setup:
- Analysis Categories (column headings) for each book – at least one category must be setup to use a book.
- VAT Rates – at least one for each type must be setup.
The following must also be setup but can also be done as required:
- Bank Accounts.
- Suppliers and Customers.
- Products.
- Cash Book Opening Balance.
Select Setup on the top menu and select the required option.
